  • Print on Demand: All our products are print-on-demand, meaning we create and ship your items after you place an order. Due to this process, production and shipping may take a bit longer than usual.
  • Product Availability: While we make every effort to ensure availability, stock may vary depending on demand and availability from our print provider, Printful.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 4-8 business days, depending on the destination and the product ordered.
  • Shipping Providers: Our products are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship orders in a timely manner, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, production delays).

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept Google Pay and most major debit/credit cards through Shopify Payments. PayPal will be added as a payment option in the future.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.

  • Fandom Art: Our designs are fan-made and not affiliated with the creators or official channels of the shows. You are purchasing fan-inspired apparel, and we do not claim ownership of the original characters from these shows.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kryptic Katwalk is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the products sold, including but not limited to damages during shipping, misprints on merchandise, or delays caused by Printful’s production process. As our products are fulfilled by Printful, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects or errors in production.

10. User Conduct

  • Sharing Content: Content from Kryptic Katwalk can be shared on social media and other platforms for non-commercial purposes. However, resale or redistribution of our content (including designs) for profit is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Management: You can create an account on kryptickatwalk.com to track your orders. Accounts are managed through Shopify’s Shop platform, and you are bound by their terms of use as well.

  • Customer Support: For any issues with your order, you can contact us at kryptickatwalk@gmail.com. While we do not currently handle legal disputes or have a formal dispute resolution process, we are committed to resolving any issues that arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Fulfillment by Printful: Kryptic Katwalk uses Printful for fulfillment and production of all merchandise. Printful’s own terms and conditions and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.
